Lustleigh is one of Devon's most picturesque villages, with thatched cottages, a tea room that serves delicious cream teas, a church, local shops and a pub. Just on the doorstep of Dartmoor National Park, Exeter with its magnificent cathedral is 17 miles.
Plymouth is 20 miles with its Marine Aquarium which is well worth a visit. The Aquarium experience comprises a total of 50 live exhibits including 3 massive tanks. Over 4000 animals from 400 species are displayed in realistic habitats from local shorelines to coral reefs. In addition our technological zone, Explorocean focuses on ocean exploration and sustainability through innovative, interactive exhibits.
Blue Flag beaches are all close to Lustleigh and the nearest beach is only 10 miles away.
Take a drive up the Teign Valley and enjoy walks, country pubs with log fires, bird watching, pony trekking and many activities all close by. There are many National Trust houses all waiting to be explored, as well as attractions such as Paignton Zoo and the Miniature Pony centre.

The original house was built about 50 years ago and the eyebrow roof shape over the first floor windows has been retained from when it was thatched. The house is fully double-glazed to all doors and windows and is centrally heated.
