Approached by its own private road and set in 16 acres of beautiful Devon countryside on the eastern side of Dartmoor, the Barn at Lower Harton Farm is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday to unwind with family or friends. The Barn offers an extremely spacious, beautifully furnished, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment above a private swimming pool and games room.

Close to the village of Lustleigh and a short distance from Bovey Tracey, Lower Harton Farm is an excellent centre for exploring the open moorland, granite tors and quiet villages of Dartmoor, and the towns, coast, beaches and rural countryside of South Devon.

Lower Harton Farm also offers Bed and Breakfast holiday accommodation in the farmhouse, and residents of the Barn self-catering accommodation can also take advantage of breakfast and evening meals (available on request in advance of your holiday).

The Barn is dog-friendly.

The large private garden with very deep pond and bog garden make the accommodation unsuitable for children under 10 years of age.

There is plenty of off-road private parking.

Water for the barn is delivered from a private bore-hole situated in the grounds.

There was so much to do; we went to Becky Falls and hiked, we went to Castle Drogo and to the beach. To cap it all Devon's famous cream teas were lovely.
