Swimming Pool
On the ground floor of The Barn is the swimming pool. Heated to 29 degrees, the pool is 14m x 7m x1m at the shallow end and 2m at the deep end. Graduated steps lead into the pool from the shallow end and the deep end is exited using a ladder. There are two separate changing rooms each with two showers and a toilet.

Games Room
In the games room, there is a pool table, table tennis table, Bose music system with IPod docking station and large flat screen TV with Blueray DVD. There is also a separate wash room with toilet.

Accommodation
On the first floor is the three bedroom apartment. The main bedroom has a super king size bed with en-suite bath and shower room. The second bedroom has two 3' twin beds with en-suite shower room. The third bedroom has two 3' twin beds, with 3' truckle beds that pull out to make four beds in all. This bedroom also has an en-suite shower room. The apartment sleeps 8 people maximum. All bedrooms have wonderful views across Dartmoor.

Lounge
The lounge is furnished to a high standard with large comfortable sofas and additional soft seating. Entertainment is provided by a flat screen TV with Blueray DVD, Bose music system and WiFi Internet access. Long sweeping windows give a spectacular view of the pool and gorgeous views across the moor.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully fitted with electric ceramic hob and electric oven. There is also a dishwasher, microwave and slow cooker.

Utility Room
The utility room houses a washing machine, tumble driver, fridge and separate freezer.

Outside
The Barn has a large private garden with very deep pond and bog garden making it unsuitable for children under ten years of age. There are stunning views across local farmland and the moor beyond. On a clear day, the sea at Torbay can be seen shimmering in the distance. There is also a BBQ and covered terrace area.
