Exclusive use of facilities
All of the above, including the heated indoor swimming pool, is for the exclusive use of guests staying at The Barn for the duration of their holiday.
Dartmoor and the coast
Close to the village of Lustleigh and a short distance from Bovey Tracey, Lower Harton Farm is an excellent centre for exploring the open moorland, granite tors and quiet villages of Dartmoor and the towns, coast and beaches of South Devon.
Family holidays
The Barn is the ideal venue for extended family holidays on Dartmoor. There is something for all generations to enjoy and enough space for everyone! Ample off-road parking for up to 8 cars.
Please note however that the large private garden with very deep unprotected water and bog garden make the accommodation unsuitable for small children (under 10 years of age).
Water for The Barn is delivered from a private borehole situated in the grounds.
Dog friendly (max 2 pets)
We welcome guests with well behaved dogs (by prior arrangement).
Open all year
The Barn is available all year round. Underfloor heating makes The Barn warm and cosy whatever the weather. The indoor swimming pool is heated to between 27 and 28 degrees centigrade.
