Directions

From the southern end of the M5 join the Devon Expressway signposted A38 to Plymouth. Leave the A38 about 12 miles south west of Exeter on the A382 Bovey Tracey to Moretonhamstead road. By-pass Bovey Tracey towards Moretonhamstead and after 3 miles turn left at the signpost to Lustleigh village and drive towards the village.

With the church on your right and The Cleave pub on your left, follow the road to the end, (opposite The Dairy). Turn left and follow the road to the top of the hill. At the top of the hill turn right towards Cleave and follow this road for approximately 3 miles, passing Cleave Cottage, Nutcracker Cottage, Cothland Barn and Harton Chase.

Follow the road up the hill and turn left into the road at a sign for South Harton Farm (between a white gate). Lower Harton Farm is the first house on the left, The Barn is the second property on the left.

Three generations and three cars arrived at the BARN to a very warm welcome from Sue and Roger. The BARN is very unique and innovative with up to date technology ( many thanks Roger for the tour ). The accommodation and pool are fabulous and very much appreciated. We used the pool every day but the highlight was after dark with the pool lighting, music playing, and we even had some dancing at the pool side !!! The family enjoyed days out around the area and some just enjoyed the garden and feeding the fish in the pond. A most enjoyable and relaxing holiday thanks to a unique building with Sue and Roger’s attention to detail. Many thanks from us all. The Kerr family.
